Yon Park's Online Review Report Card

I first met Dr Park in 2002 for right breast cancer treatment. In 2021, I have to call him again for left breast lump without a referral from my primary care physician. He remembered everything about me and jumped on the care immediately. Dr Park always referred to me as his "long term friend"to his colleagues. He has passion to the job and very knowledgeable. Every member of my family and friends always want to talk to him regarding my treatment and he listened with compassion . Dr. Park has a great team, from the front desk, laboratory, nursing, social worker and others are wonderful people. He is always on top of patient's care. All referrals ( labs, radiation, scan, biopsy, surgery etc) were made easy and prompt. Dr Park is an "angel on earth and a blessing to humanity". Also a great asset to Florida Cancer Specialists &Research Institute.

Dr Park actually listens to me and and answers my questions. He is honest, supportive and thorough. After all blood work, tests and scans, we discussed and chose the best treatment option for me in 2019 for the diagnosed lymphoma. Thank God I have not had to have any treatment since July 2019. God bless Dr Park; He is much more than a doctor to me and my family, he is family also. To anyone who needs a very special oncologist, see Dr Park. He will pray with you while you are praying for him and his team. He really cares!!

I was originally diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011. I have been with Dr. Park since my rediagnosis in 2016. I remember the day like it was yesterday. He called me himself (which was I remember thinking was extremely unusual) to tell me of my cancer metastasis. I missed my appointment that day with him because I had a blown tire on my way to see him. He was such a reassuring and confident voice and has been my rock ever since. These days, I have to admit that he has been busier than ever which means that it has been hard for him to give that one on one that he once was able to deliver. He does, however, have wonderful Nurse Practitioners, Danielle and Leslie. This team has kept me alive to this day and I hope for many more years.

Dr. Park was wonderful. Understanding, professional, and most of compassionate. He took the time to listen, he wanted be sure I was comfortable with my treatments and that I understood the reactions and/or side effects. He is the primary reason I was able to handle my cancer in a positive way. I will be forever grateful to him for his kindness and concern.

Amazing doctor

Dr. Park was so professional and organized with my problem. He found out my disease in 2 days while even being one week in hospital didn't help me. He is so caring and listening to me and answering my question patiently.

Dr. Park is very thorough and answers all your questions. He is friendly and has a very good bedside manner. Front office staff messed up my first appointment and Dr. Park apologized profusely and thanked me for my understanding. Billing department incorrectly coded labs to my insurance company. Currently under review. Hopefully, they will make the necessary corrections. I have not had to schedule any urgent appointment so will not comment on that part of the survey.

One of the best doctors I have taken my dad to, He is very humble and had excellent bed side manner.He explained everything to me and my father about his condition, treated us like we matter and are not just another number to him.Doctors like him are so hard to find.Love him

Dr. Park is very upbeat and positive. I had stage 4 Lymphoma in 2010. I am back to work and playing golf today thanks to Dr. Park and prayerchemo.

Dr. Park is compassionate, caring, understanding and kind. His hand is never on the door knob ready to leave. He answers all questions completely and his treatment plan has saved my life. He has complete empathy for his patients and their family. We don't mind waiting a little longer in the waiting room because we know he will be giving us all the time we need when we are called in.o
