List of Yoon C. Nofsinger's Reviews
Dr. Nofsinger was consulted in hospital for an abscess/infection on my chin which I was septic from. I’m an ICU nurse with extreme detail to everything whenever I’m working and by far I can say that Nofsinger is a genius of a doctor. There’s times you have those doctors that you can honestly say they loooove what their specialty is and she is that. She made a difference in my care and her push for me to get fit into surgery schedule doesn’t always happen from doctors. Once I was discharged I showed up to her office on the wrong day and her medical assistant Stephanie also helped me in to see the doctor (which never happens). I can’t say anything better than she saved my life.
Doesn't listen. Rude. Rushed. 7 minutes appointment. Frazzled. Yelled. Horrible experience and I am a person. Treat me like one. Staff is rude. To much to say. Cannot get myself worked up over Yoon C. Nofsinger, MD. Just a horrible doctor. Read all the reviews from every place you can... Nasty. Peron.
Yoon C. Nofsinger, MD horrible degrading frazzled not listening incoherent
Ssptoplasty was a disaster. Had profuse bleeding numerous times, had to go to the ER at least 3 times due to the severity of it. In the end, the discrepancy of air between my nostrils is worse and I am no better off than before the surgery. Absolute disappointment
Worst doc I ever saw. Had no manners an was not interested in my problem told me to go someplace else
Worst Dr ever.. she is by far the worst Dr...I was sent there due to a cyst on my throat....an she told me to go someplace else
I've been trying for 4 days to not only reach the office manager, but the director as well..I need some papers signed and faxed to the company my employers use to extend my short term disability an NO ON CALLS ME BACK..If these papers don't get taken care of , I don't get paid along with getting fired.Am having trouble with dizziness, walking and hearing..I do not know what else to do..All I get is their voice mail..So not happy with them
I wish I would have seen all of the 1 star reviews before accepting this doctor. I originally tried to book an appointment with someone who had good reviews, but he wasn't covered under my insurance. The staff offered Yoon as an option and since I didn't think there would be an issue, I just said yes. I will say that never in my life have I had doctor walk in and out of a room faster than Dr. Yoon. Her lack of care, dialogue, or anything resembling a conversation was so extreme that, before I knew it, I had the nurse handing me papers for a procedure without having had the chance to ask a single question. And that's by no means an exaggeration. When I was finally able to ask her a question, the answer was abrupt, uninformative, rushed, and of little to no value. My advice is to avoid her at all costs. I have never met a Dr. who has cared less about any one patient.
First off, let me premise this review by stating that I work in the Medical Field and deal with patients myself. Dr. No singer was cold and robotic and did not listen to anything I had to say. Appointment felt rushed and she did not explain anything she was doing during the exam. Her go to seems to be "Allergy Testing" - You're almost guaranteed she will recommend this. The most contentious part of the experience was the signing of the "Nasal Scope" procedure up front (prior to the exam) - At the end of the exam, I had no idea if I had been scoped - Dr. No Singer was so horrible, she didn't bother to explain what she was doing, while she rushed through the exam, launching questions at a rapid fire pace..... (Recommendation - Don't sign this document up front - $269 lesson) Ask Questions. Also be mindful of the office staff as well, they're great up until the time you start asking questions about "$269 for what? I don't know if I was scoped" - Then they break into the cynical routine . Especially look out for Vanessa; when I tried to share my experience, she did not seem concerned - It was as if this happens all the time, so she could not be bothered.Bottom line - this entire episode could have been avoided if Dr. No Singer would have just been somewhat personable, pretended to listen, and explained herself while treating me like a person, rather than a number..
My Daughter was referred by her hematologist to discuss a biopsy of lymph nodes. Before even looking at her, nurse said “probably need your tonsils and adenoids removed.” Dr came in and immediately claimed it was acute tonsillitis. My daughter doesn’t have 1, not 1...symptom of tonsillitis except swollen lymph nodes. Dr gave her a referral for biopsy and told her to call the hospital to schedule; hospital said the dr has to fax over the referral, not give it to the patient to schedule a procedure. Daughter has been trying to contact Dr for a week, left several messages which are not getting returned. Every time she calls they refuse to help, always transfer her “to someone that can help”. Called again today and was transferred 3 times in 7 min.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
