I appreciate Dr Milano's listening and responding to my questions and concerns!
Dr Milano is the best. Hands down. I drive all the way from wesley chapel to see him bc I appreciate how he takes his time listening to me and is very encouraging/positive attitude.
Dr. Milano is the absolute BEST and he always treats every visit with so much thought & care. I always feel like he’s listening to any questions or concerns I might have, and he doesn’t make me feel like an idiot even when I ask pretty wild questions out of left field lol He’s one of the rare doctors I’ve had where I feel like we have an open dialogue and I’m always comfortable asking whatever I need and getting honest, thorough feedback. He truly is head and shoulders above the rest and I’ll continue to recommend him as long as he keeps taking new patients! We’re very fortunate to have him so thank you, as always, for everything you & your staff do.
He is a very nice an professional doctor easy to talk to an he listens
They kept their appointment time and the Doctor did not make you wait long before seeing you. He took his time with me, listened, and gave applicable advice to my top concerns for coming in.
After misdiagnosing me twice and putting me on two different meds, Dr. Zachary Milano told me I'd need an oral steroid if the second med failed. It did. I took a pic of the rash, called the office, asked for the new prescription. Was told I'd get a call back. Never did. Stopped by the office the next day, after a long wait, was told I need yet ANOTHER $200 visit to get the script and no appointments are available for a week, or 'go see a dermatologist'. I have a 3-week trip tomorrow, no meds, no appointment, not even look at the pic, look at my head while here, prescribe what the doctor said I needed and is in my chart. Now I have another month with this rash. The office staff will not get back to you from this office and they treat you like a stranger. And be prepared to pay through the nose. So far I have over $400 into this and that is with Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance. Find a better doctor.
Highly professional team, from reception to nurses, assistants and the doctor. Very friendly. A thorough, highly personalized exam. The doctor takes the time and puts his full attention towards the patient. Thank you.
Dr. Milano is fantastic. Great demeanor, approach and professionalism. I trust him to be my primary care physician.
What excellent staff at this location. Kind, attentive and helpful. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by good morning by each person. Check in process was fast and I was in a room in a short time.
Very knowledgeable and professional ! I was able to get my needs met in one visit!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
