You have a deer a turkey and a squirrel pull up to you standing on the side of the road with your thumb up. You hop into that rundown 74 Impala having no idea where you are headed you arrive to your unknown destination. And your journey begins. Distractions the deer the turkey the squirrel. Staff other clients even the individuals running the place. I learned that the focus was not them I needed to keep the focus on me broken jacked up from the floor up I came in left with tools and a new clear pair of glasses. Don p. Thank you Don D. Thank you staff thank you. It wasnt the place that was the ploblem it was I that had the problem and I left those problems demons thoughts right there at the fence line. In closing. Its all about the NOW and the ESSENCE. THANK YOU KEYSTONE

Complete joke of the top 3 in charge .They could care less about the bed bugs which I had biting me since day one to the air that barely works in the dorm.Was there almost 3 weeks and had every intention of staying 90 days but final straw was no toliet paper for last two days .But if you feel its unhealthy to stay they wont give you a call or your belongings and threaten you its a 7 mile walk.That 7 mile walk with nothing with me was the best thing I ever did .Don P is the only one who cares at all about you getting clean a staying healthy .The rest are all on a power trip .I have the photos along with my attorney to prove how unhealthy it is there .BUT they have the nerve to send you out without a call or belongings because its unhealthy there .That goes to show you if the top 3still have a job with there threatening acting anythings possible I guess.THE PLACE should be closed down and they should be on the unemployment line.

Im a recent graduate from ActsKeystone And my experience compared to any past review is the Total Opposite I was given the necessary tools and knowledge for which I am Extremely Grateful.The Staff and Counselors were very Helpful and did all they could to make my stay there a pleasant one. you will get out of it what you put into it Remember its your Recovery and not theres You can lead a horse to water but you cant make him drink I would without a doubt in my mind recommend Acts to anyone in Need.They made sure the next steps in my recovery were in the right direction. if your serious about your recovery this is the place..

The entire time I was at acts I always thought of the old reviews I read before I decided to go all of which were awful. Turns out they were from quite awhile ago and couldnt be further from the current reality. ACTS Keystone literally saved my life. The staff from the Program Director especially the therapists nurses and the technicians had a more profound impact on my path to recovery then I could ever have dreamed possible. If you like I was are reading these reviews contemplating the decision to take the plunge DO IT. Do it and never look back. ACTS was my first attempt at treatment ever and I cannot stress enough what an amazing program this is. If your worried about being patronized like any other medical facility Boy do I have news for you. The staff work hard and I MEAN above and beyond to create a comfortable and therapeutic environment for the clients. Not to blow up anyones spot but most of them have first hand knowledge about the struggles of addiction. You will have a place to sleep hot water pretty good food and if you go in homeless and complete the program you will not leave that way. The staff creates a comfortable friendly environment and as the time passes it almost becomes a family of its own. As I am writing this I am 6 months and 1 day clean and I honestly owe it all to ACTS Keystone. To the staff of acts I dont know if you read these but thank you. I will never be able to repay my debt of gratitude but I will never stop trying.KH

By far the worst treatment center in the state of florida.

I thought acts was a good program with any program you go to there will be good staff members and not so good ones and there will always be some problem clients who dont take their recovery seriously but its up to you and the choices you make while you are in treatment and when you leave treatment. But overall the staff at ACTS was very helpful and I am still clean and sober today so you can listen to all these bad reviews if you want to. Recovery is what you make of it.
