This experience is from a year ago, but I am still in pain and figured it warranted a review. This was without a doubt the worst dental experience of my life. I was sold expensive procedures that were later discovered to be unnecessary. The dentist that filled my “cavity” - something she didn’t even see - drilled my tooth improperly which has left me in pain for a year now. Aspen Dental along with CareCredit have repeatedly denied my disputes and I am beyond frustrated. I now have a proper dentist that does not do unnecessary and unreasonably expensive poor quality work. I would not reccomend this location to anyone unless they have seriously changed since late 2023/early 2024. I understand all can have different experiences and I sincerely hope that those who choose to visit have a better experience than I did.

Fantastic experience. Could not have been kinder and more professional. We are pleased to rate the visit a 10!!! We are looking forward to the balance of Mary's treatments. Dr. Perez was amazing!

Aspen Dental in Tarpon Springs is great. Dr. Martens and the whole staff are amazing. I had put off going to the dentist for a while. Everywhere I went things never worked out BUT not here. They answered all my questions, took care of all the insurance and got me in for timely appointments. Within 2 weeks I was smiling again and not embarrassed about my teeth anymore. This will be my go to place going forward for dental work and I will be keeping up on all of my dental appointments now thanks to them.

The friendliest staff ever! No one likes going to the dentist, but the staff here make you feel as comfortable as possible. ❤️ I highly recommend! Very affordable as well.

Had tooth extracted. Everything went smoothly. All staff were very helpful and accommodating. All options were explained. The dentist was wonderful. This was in Tarpon Springs.
