Brandy Roose's Online Review Report Card

Visit after visit Dr. Roose has been nothing short of caring, proficient and thorough. She listens and never misses a detail. I tend to get a bit anxious but she is calm with a respectful bedside manner. She has called me on a few Friday nights to ensure all of my needs are met. Office staff are kind. I am grateful to have found this PCP!

Dr Roose always asks the right questions and she really does listen to your answers. She truly cares about me. She is super kind and friendly and always shows her compassion. I wish every other doctor I've been to was like her. She is attentive and talks from her heart, which is something so many doctors just do not do. I am not just a 'patient', she knows all the things that goes on in my life. She suggests helpful things to me. I sincerely am very grateful to have found her in a world full of other doctors who do not seem to want to truly help you.

We have been seen by Dr. Roose when our regular PCP is out of the office and she has impressed us so much we might switch to her as our PCP. She is knowledgeable, tender and caring. My husband was filled with anxiety after a CT Scan revealed a problem. We stopped by her office only to get a referral to the specialist. Most doctors would have given the referral and sent us on our way, but she insisted on seeing my husband right then and there! Who does that nowadays. She clarified the report and gave him hope. He immediately relaxed after seeing her and we will be forever grateful for that. We highly recommend her.

Dr. Roose is caring, conscientious. Dr. Roose listens.

I was referred to this practice by a family friend who enjoys Dr. Carson very much. I was given to Dr. Roose. She judged me by my weight the minute she saw it on my chart. She came into the room with an attitude & immediately suggested weight loss surgery. My labs all show I am in very good health despite my weight but she only focused on that. She rushed my appointment & talked down to me the entire time. She made me feel terrible & like she couldn't be bothered w/me because of my weight. She didn't properly go over my labs. Thank goodness I know enough to ask questions. She also brought another person in the room & never bothered to ask if I was ok with that. The other person had just as much of an attitude and never said 1 single word to me.

She has made some insulting statements to me. They have a sarcastic tone. I have tried to tell her about how negatively I react to certain meds she wants to try. I don't fit into her textbook med school world on these issues. I don't this Dr and her staff are in sync.

Dr. Roose is amazing

Unprofessional to say the least. Overheard her talking with the nurse about me specifically in the hallway where anyone could hear! Rescheduled me twice for a physical that never happened because when I showed up for my appointment, they told me I was late and even though the appointment before me was very early and still in her office, she refused to see me. *By the way I specifically scheduled 9:30 because I have a middle schooler I need to get to school first. No way I would have scheduled at 9 : (

Good 98% if the time
