Dr. Lam and his staff are very personable, professional and do a great job. He has removed skin cancer on my face and you cannot see any scars, they are very thorough with examinations and I totally trust him with my skin health. Highly recommend Dr. Lam.

I have been with Dr Lam since 2014 at least. Dr Lam is very good! Explains everything well. The staff is what I have issues with. I’ve never not paid my bill. I have insurance. I pay $75.00 per visit. Today I found they merged with another company. Today they told me they won’t bill insurance first. If I get a treatment I’m required to pay my portion before I leave. No matter the cost. I’m sorry Dr. Lam but this office policy is not going to work for me. I asked that the bill get sent in, let’s see the fee schedule payment applied, the payment and I will pay the balance. The staff said not their policy. The staff treated me terrible with a lobby full of people. Thank you for taking care of me. Dr Lam you are a good doctor but you need a staff that works with your patients better.

Every person from the schedulers, to reception and MA staff were great. Dr. Lam himself was pleasant and professional. He did a great job of explaining skin lesions without going way over my head. He also answered all of my questions patiently without making me feel rushed. I had an incredible experience with this office and would recommend it to all of my friends!

I have acne that is getting worse. My age is 77 and needed help as OTC meds have not helped. Dr. Lam prescribed cream a year ago and they did nothing but make my skin peel. Saw Dr Lam again a month ago as the acne was worse. He prescribed the exact same cream as last year, obviously did not look at my record. When I came home w/ the rx, called his office to tell them this cream has not worked, and he prescribed it again. They called me back, saying he advised me to buy an over the counter acne med. That's why I went to HIM! He is no help at all; will never go to this doctor again!

Love dr Lam! Not just myself I took my mom over to see dr Lam . He always so patiently with us and always give us the best and inexpensive way to fix our problems! Will continue to see him ! ❤️

The receptionist is extremely rude and very unfriendly! They are the first impression n first customer contact but rude n impatient!

After visiting the Tarpon Springs office for the 2nd time in 3 wks I informed the PA that I had not yet received a biopsy report from the earlier visit. She answered , "Sorry about that" and walked out the door. Today I got a call stating that the biopsy report was "an invasive squamous cell ca" and recommended Mohs surgery ASAP. Unfortunatley, I cannot make another appointment at this time. I have recommended that my records will be removed from their office and I will notify the State Board of Medicine.
