She is the best doctor I have had in years but she left the practice and I need to find a doctor now I guess. She took such good care of me, really listened and diagnosed an ongoing medical issue I have and really put me at ease. I don't want to just go to another doctor I don't know and who doesn't know me, but prescriptions are running out and now that office doesn't even take my insurance anymore. So sad to have to change.

I absolutely love this doctor. She treats her patients with care and like they actually have a brain. She takes her time with every patient and really listens. She is an excellent diagnostician. However, this office is horrible. I got a call the day before my appointment with her and was told she is no longer at this office and I will be seeing another doctor. A man I never met for my Pap smear! I will be calling the Tarpon Springs office where her dad and brother are. Hopefully they can steer me in the right direction.

There's a reason this place gets bad ratings! Waited months for new patient appt., they switched doctors on me w/o approval! Having to wait for another appt.-not an option. Finally got the doctor I asked for a year later. Now, staff can't tell me which insurance plans they accept? And, the person was rude to boot! Too much hassle over 3 years to continue here. Love Dr. Carson, but it's nearly impossible to deal with ongoing problems seeing her. I'm so disappointed!

I've been a patient of Dr. Carson for many years now. I recommend her to all my friends for several reasons. She is thorough, explains things well, listens to all my issues with care, and has helped me as I battle a chronic illness. I think she is an awesome doctor.

First time I visited her clinic in Trinity all staff were nice and helpful specially nurse Ashley asking medical question in an easy way which made me feel relaxed ; second visit I met Dr. Elizabeth Carson with a big smile on her face welcoming us ( my wife and myself } , Dr Carson spent over 40 minute with me asking and explaining my health problems suggesting test and x-rays , Few days later Dr Carson {herself} called me to explain the result . I am very happy that I picked Dr E. Carson as my primary care Doctor .
