His treatment left me far worse than my original condition. He is totally indifferent towards the patient . Doesn’t help with my severe GI issues and has no plan for me .

He has perfected the art of cattle car medicine. Rush, rush , and RUSH . Would not send my dog to him . Interior Health , you should be ashamed of yourselves . Is this the best Kamloops can do ! I will gladly make the drive to Kelowna or Vancouver if I cannot find another specialist in Kamloops .

Was referred by my doctors in Comox. Very kind and informative. Very happy with his work. Appointments are quick, but all information given and could have asked questions. He is a very busy man as is everyone at RIH

Terrible !! Quick to push towards scoping for dollars . Never available for follow up in office and when you actually do get in . It’s a quick five minute appointment and on your way you go . He truly doesn’t care about his patients and their well being . Come on Royal Inland I’m sure you can do better when it comes to recruiting! Never again !

Does he even exist ?? Every time I attempt to contact him regarding follow up , lab results etc he is out of office . Doesn’t help that I do not have a dedicated Family physician to fall back on. Maybe he should try communicating better with his patients! So far I’m less than pleased with him. If I had a choice .I would move on to another specialist to deal with my illness . Thanks for nothing !

Do yourselves a favour and try and find someone knowledgeable and competent to guide you through challenging GI ailments. Two traits he definitely lacks . If you are in need of a antacid . He might be able to assist . Anything more complicated or advanced he’s useless or lacks the confidence to know what to do . Maybe try helping your patients or refer to to other diligent Doctors rather than giving them a Pat and telling them they will be ok . The worst specialist I have had to deal with !

Truly the trifecta of clowns in that office . I cannot speak to Dr. Nero’s demeanour or skill set but I have dealt with Dr. Lee in emergency and I have the head clown , Dr. Emery as my so called specialist . In my humble opinion . Dr. Emery has 0 Interest in helping patients . Just in for the payday . Totally dismissive of what I had to say . Displayed no desire whatsoever to find out what is wrong . Arrogant, snide , and too important and busy to display the least bit of courtesy to his patients . Don’t be fooled by guy smiley , he really is a snake in the grass . Disgraceful ! Dr. Lee was neither a help or a comfort while I was in hospital . Seems to be the culture in their office . Seek other specialists if possible . DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Young, arrogant and never seems to be available as he’s out of office or town constantly. Patient care definitely not a concern for him. I will definitely be seeking another specialist . Would NOT RECOMMEND!
