Juliette Gittinger's Online Review Report Card

Awful time management. I had a 10:10 appt, she came in at 10:32 desheveled and flustered. Her receptionist was very nice, kept apologizing and telling me I would be next but after 1 hour and 12 minutes past my scheduled appt time I still hadnt been seen and had to leave due to another scheduled appt. She needs to show up on time and prioritize patients. They open at 10am, theres no excuse to be late.

There are no words to express what a wonderful doctor and person Doctor Gittinger is. She, unlike so many others, actually listens to her patients. You never feel rushed when trying to explain your issues to her. No matter what it is troubling you she patiently listens and then kindly says and does what she feels is best for your situation. Also, she has a mind like a steel trap, she never forgets what you have shared with her so when you return for another visit she can re-address, if necessary, what was troublesome to you before and help you if at all possible. So, she not only cares for you as her patient but also as a person. I could go on and on about her outstanding attributes but it suffices to say that she is just plain Awesome.

Dr Gittinger is a great Dr. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She has bern my family Dr. since 2017 and I would not change her for any Dr. She is great!

Dr. Gittinger is EXCELLENT! My daughter had COVID and is a newer patient to Dr. Gittinger. No walk-in clinic would see her. Dr. Gittinger and her staff followed up with us via phone calls and made sure my daughter had the medications she needed to fight COVID through the weekend and manage her symptoms. She cares about her patients and is very responsive. Thank you, Dr. Gittinger and to your staff for the great care you provide.

Worst experience at a medical facility by far. Staff, including the doctor, are so underdressed for their line of business. The staff calls everyone Honey, we should be addressed by our name. While in being seen by the doctor she responded to a personal text she stated was from her mother. When I am in with the doctor, that should be my time, uninterrupted, especially when it relates to non-emergent matters. She doesn't follow-up with recommendations that she stated she would. Calls in unnecessary OTC prescriptions to the pharmacy. Pushes for unnecessary follow up appointment which seems to be for her financial gain more than anything else. Phones are always busy, there is only 1 line I was told, and there is no voicemail option to leave a message. I highly recommend avoiding this facility. Signs everywhere state patient comes first. That could not be further from the truth.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gittinger for several months. Recent chronic headaches and dizziness for weeks sent me in for a visit and I was seen within 2 days of calling for appointment. MRI ordered and medication for inflammation until results could be confirmed. Follow up visit was scary as I wasn't sure what was going on inside my head. Thankfully it was something curable and specific medication was prescribed. She is very sweet and caring. After a week other symptoms showed up seeming to be a nasty cold but making the original diagnosis/issue so much worse. I was able to call on a SATURDAY and speak directly to Dr. G. Who else does this? She said she'd look at my file after hours and call me back to figure out how to make me more comfortable. We talked about a timeline of when symptoms started and so on. Ordered round of steroids and decongestant and am on the road to recovery. I could not be more thankful for her time and caring demeanor.
