Kelvin Gorrell's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Gorrell was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to offer homeopathic solutions to my migraines! He is personable and doesn't have the "complex" that many physicians have. He is down to earth and great to talk to!

Dr. Gorrell was very rude during my visit to the ER. He pushed homeopathic remedies such as plant based diet and vitamins while I was having such severe pain that I could barely walk. When my partner asked for more information on what we could do for the pain now, he was rude to her and spoke poorly of her in the ER report. He also told me that had I taken Nordic Naturals during my pregnancy, my baby would have a higher IQ. NOT an appropriate thing to say to a new mother with a 5 day old baby who has been in the ER for 11 hours. He is inept with typical diagnosis and pain relief suggestions. He was simply there to do PR and make us look away from the c-section and spinal block as possible causes. All of his ramblings have been disproven by the two other doctors we have seen for a second opinion.

Best Anesthesiologist I ever had. Had a procedure at Hollywood Memorial in Florida recently and he was without question the best Anesthesiologist I ever had. Instead of being knocked out or feeling like you're being pulled into a dark hole I drifted off very pleasantly like falling asleep on mom's couch. Woke refreshed, Not with the w t f? just happened feeling but actually refreshed, relaxed, happy and with a slight 3rd beer / 2nd glass of wine with friends buzz. As odd as it sounds it was the most pleasant hospital experience I think I've ever had. His overall positive vibe seemed to have an effect of the rest of the team as they were all also positive & relaxed which also put me at ease. Highly knowledgeable, professional and highly recommend.

Dr. Gorrell was my Anesthesiologist for a procedure I had about a month ago. This was not my first surgery hence not my first time being completely anesthetized. My sound odd bu it was the best experience, hands down. Instead of counting down backwards or feeling like I had a dark blanket pulled over me or being pulled into a dark vortex I fell asleep very pleasantly almost like you would on your own couch when you can feel yourself drifting off. In recovery instead of being very groggy and wore out, I woke up refreshed, happy with a "second glass of wine with close friends" kinda buzz, oddly and surprisingly it was very pleasant. He also put me at ease before by engaging in light conversation while explaining what he was doing. Very professional and my surgeon and his team also seemed very comfortable with the overall positive vibe that was present. I would unhesitatingly & highly recommend him.

Amazing physician diagnosed issues even out of pain

The worst dr I have ever seen. He was very antagonistic. Accused me of being a lier. I was at his office for about 6 hours. I will do what I can to make sure this man is removed from the medical community. Do not waste your time.

This doctor is a nut case. He kept me waiting six hours to see him. I had a scheduled appointment and was still kept waiting. Then his office kept calling stating they needed to reschedule my appointment on numerous occasions. I finally told them I would not be coming back to Dr. Gorell. Plus my pharmacy said they would not be filling my prescription. They had problems with him in the past not complying with their procedures.

to those of you who are complaining or writing negative reviews why don't you take a second to look at yourselves. Yes on occasion Dr. Gorrell might say something that may be not normal to what you are hearing from another doctor. Did you ever think that it may be you that is the problem.if you are there to get your oxy Scripts that total 180 then you are at the wrong doctor. Most legit doctors know that breakthrough means breakthrough. I have been with him for several years. No problems. I also pass all my drug tests. Try that and you'll probably get what you need. Dr. Gorrell is a good, legitimate. Doctor.
