Everytime I make a schedule they changed it up on me like it's ok and it's not okay if you make a schedule you should not be charged it up I'm a working mom I can't have my daughter schedule be charged all the time it's not cool

Waited 1 1/2 hours in the lobby before being called back. Even though I arrived the required 30 minutes early. Had my kids record faxed over the moment we finished paperwork and check in so everything would be good to go on time. Did the appointment in 45 minutes but the office apparently hadn't received the fax. Claiming it goes through some fax pool and takes longer to get to them. I had to wait 5 weeks to get in for this back to school physical for my kid. 5 weeks!!!!!!!! I had to leave there, 2 weeks into the school year, without what we went there for. My kid still isn't in school and I have no idea what to do. The appointment was almost a week ago. My kid is going to be so far behind all the other kids because of this. I've called and sat on hold for 30, 40, 50 minutes at a time with this place and nobody ever picks up. They were supposed to get ahold of me when the fax came in but I've heard nothing and can't get in contact with them about it. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. This is a DOCTOR'S OFFICE, we're talking societal role models... And the best they can do is pretend like a fax takes a week+ to come in. This clinic is lacking and needs some serious reform. My child's education matters more than this. My child's education matters.

She is available most of the time to answer my questions. Very loving and caring Dr. She spends time listening and recording everything for your children! Always does what is best for the child! And it has been asked numerous times how did we get In With her? I called and scheduled an appointment! I was told by many at All Childrens & Mease Countryside hospital she is the best & I feel the same!??

This was hands down the best doctor I ever had in my adolescent years! So incredibly friendly and understanding. Unfortunately I'm no longer and minor and moved out of state or else I'd 100% still go to her. Totally recommend.

I love taking my children to her. She is very nice & friendly to my children. She explains everything & addresses all of the concerns I have every time I go. She is one of the best doctors I've taken my children to & I highly recommend her & this office for any of your children's needs.
