Dr. Howard is better than excellent. He has outstanding expertise and is a great communicator. He provides wonderful, caring, and successful diagnosis and treatment.

Dr. Howard and his staff are phenomenal. I had lasik surgery done in 2020 and just had an enhancement on my left eye yesterday. Dr. Howard and Rita go above and beyond throughout all appointments. I can't say enough about them and also St. Luke's itself. Top notch facility, top notch service. I can't think of one way they could be better, they are the best in my opinion.

Facility is clean and well maintained. Each piece of equipment was thoroughly cleaned prior to use. My nurse/technician was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. Dr. Howard was personable and was able to explain the causes or reason for my symptoms and alleviate any worries I had. I highly recommend Dr. Howard and the St. Luke's staff!
