He's exceptional! Above all, he works with his patients I am deaf and reads lips, he takes the time to allow you to understand what he said or what needs to be done. Strongly Recommended! Even though I have a rare head/optical injury (that itself is unusual and very rare) --> he still monitors me and keeps notes. (Possibility for future reference for other Surgeons/Ophthalmologists to read and monitor. Hopefully, no one will ever have to experience what I went through.

Great experience, explained my condition in great detail and my options

Wait time was far too long - 30 minutes past the appointment time. As a result of having appointments elsewhere later in the day, I was forced to cancel and reschedule my appointment with Dr. Howard.

The cleanliness of this facility was outstanding. The staff was exceptional in their knowledge and performance of their assigned duties.Dr. Howard appeared to be quite sympathetic to my problem even though the results were not satisfying because of my own expectations and no fault of the Dr. or staff.

Dr.Howard and the staff were professional and personable. All of my questions were answered. Very clean, updated ofc. Staff assisted with check-in and took my credit card in a tissue so they wouldn’t have to touch it due to pandemic awareness. Did not have any negative impressions. Will definitely return.

Not your average doctor's office, outstanding in every way.I was greeted outside by a screener for COVID, didn't even have to get out of the car.There was another greeter at the front door to direct me to the right desk. Check-in personnel were very efficient and I was escorted to a waiting area.There have been several bad experiences by other family members with local doctors and their office staff, who didn't make eye contact, identify themselves or even explain a treatment plan.By contrast, Dr Howard took the time to explain everything, was personable as well as professional, and his assistant showed herself to be quite competent and thorough, as well as friendly. They were a breath of fresh air.Will always go there again for any ophthalmologic problems.

Terrible! I waited for over an hour to be taken into the examination room. Others waiting seemed to be there for a while too, if not longer. Once there the person who took me in had a terrible attitude and was very rude and contemptuous to my asking a question and expressing a concern about the drug that is contained in the pupil dilating substance she said I had to have. I asked if they had a digital scan machine to see behind the pupils instead of the medication and she said no and kept interrupting me. I told her I did not appreciate her attitude and she apologized. She then went to talk to the doctor and returned saying either I had to take the drug or I had to leave. This response from the doctor without ever even meeting me or attempting to address my concern was not only rude but showed his lack of care. I left immediately as I was not about to put myself under the care of such a person.
