I am a paient that came in with a broken permit bridge. I had seen 2other dentist before Dr Ferris and office manager Kelly. They talked with me. Took the time to understand my dental and financial needs. When I say they worked with me on everything. They not only make a partial that fits perfectly with the part of my bridge that is still in good shape. They also did a lot of work on all my teeth to design me a smile I just love. These are the hardest working team of people who care about what you feel like in and out of their office. Thank you all so much for all your help I wouldn't have a smile without your help.

Don’t get me wrong this office is pretty big and nice but I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to come here especially not anyone on the older side. They will have you sitting in the room for hours regardless of what time your appointment is. They really have no consideration for any older people the only thing they care about is $$$. They will offer you highly priced treatments and give you a detailed reason as to why you need the treatment to trick you into signing for highly priced work. I have been to other smile designs that have very considerate and nice workers. I would recommend any other office but this one if you don’t want to be robbed of your money and time.

My husband had teeth remover a few months ago and I had some removed yesterday....it was an emergency. They were very busy but got me in. The poor staff were even rushing up and down the hall. I had to be patient it took 2.5 hrs. When someone came into my room to do what was necessary I felt cared about, safe, the staff was very proficient. The Dr was truly empathetic when it came to the numbing... I was tearful and very anxious. I had numbing before but it was surprisingly pleasant for an unpleasant part of the extraction. I want to thank everyone, really really, say thank you! Audrey S. PS...I read one of the reviews and they said it was dirty there...I can assure you it is the opposite and very clean.

I'm terrible with names, but I want to give a shout out to the front desk & office manager for their professionalism in ensuring appropriate care for those self pay clients. Thank you!!!

In two different occasions I have been told that this office accepts my insurance only to walk in the day of my appointment and be told oh we are out of network. Why aren’t we given a courtesy call 24 hours in advance. Time is taken out of my work schedule for appointments. Only to be turned around AT the appointment time. And not once 2xs BY THE SAME PERSON!! And yet no reason as to why I wasn’t notified. However if you do not cancel or show up they will charge you. WHAT TF.

My experience at Smile design was EXCELLENT! 10/10! From the moment you walk in the entire staff is extremely friendly and does everything to make you feel as comfortable as possible. My dentist is Dr. Farag was very comprehensive in his explanations of diagnose and treatment. I got good professional guidance.
