Becareful using this facility. We paid cash at the time of service. Our son had a fractured thumb. We were charged for the Office visit, xray and splint at the time of the visit. We just received a bill for $335.66 with no itemized information. $140.00 of that bill was already paid but not recorded on our statement. After calling customer service, we are being charged an additional fracture fee of $190.66. Absolutely ridiculous to not give an estimate at the time of service and now to be billed and additional fee that was not disclosed. We will not be back and we will warn others too.

The system to input medical data is a little tricky to work through but once done things went smoothly. The nurse and Aleece the PA were extremely responsive and very very thorough. They showed true concern for me. I will definitely use TGH in Tarpon Springs for any future Medical needs.

In a post-covid world where it’s not uncommon to be treated like cattle at the doctors office, this place is a refreshing change of pace. I’ve taken my daughter here twice and both times the staff have been overwhelmingly kind and helpful. I’ve never waited long and have always felt valued by the physician and staff. I highly recommend going here.

WONDERFUL STAFF! VERY CLEAN FACILITY! Key and Tara at the front desk were professional, courteous, helpful and very kind. Sam was efficient, courteous, professional and listened closely. Morgan, the physicians assistant, was exceptional. Morgan listened to me, did not rush the appointment and was extremely knowledgeable. It's no fun to be sick, but, my family has found our facility of choice!!! I am extremely particular and the cleanliness of this facility should be commended! Follow through on the needed prescriptions was very thorough and seamless.

A fantastic alternative to your PCP when you need to be seen quickly! Friendly staff, excellent care, efficient and quick service. I have utilized this location twice, and each time has been a very good experience with a very short wait time.

Self pay rate when the PA didn’t do anything recommended going to ER 190.00 for an office visit way too much for self pay for nothing being done didn’t even see a Doctor. Still in a lot of pain. Ridiculous to charge when an office visit doesn’t cost that if you send to insurance you wouldn’t get 190 from insurance so why charge self pay more than insurance would. Very upset to feeling I just wasted money to have nothing done.
