List of Bruce Weaver's Reviews
For almost 8 months now, when I call I get a recording that the receptionist will call me back. Doesn’t happen. I’m changing doctors because this one has no respect for his patients. Why does he even have a office ?
My husband and I love Dr. Bruce Weaver. He is a down-to-Earth, friendly and knowledgeable physician. His communication style is perfect and he makes you comfortable. He is the only doctor I have been able to get my husband to go to without an argument. Highly recommend.
Dr. Bruce Weaver is the best! I feel very comfortable communicating with him and with his military medical background he has been exposed to more medical situations then most Doctors ever will be. I trust him and I am lucky to have found the right Doctor for me.
Down-to-earth physician with a common sense approach to medicine. Personable, easy to talk to & doesn’t miss a thing! It took me a few visits to figure him out, and found him to be an unpretentious person who is genuinely dedicated to his patients & practice.
Dr Weaver was supposed to exam me for surgery. This man never said a word nor examined me. He spent the entire time talking to an apprentice going over the medical exam. His questions about me directed at nurse who in turn asked me while all of us in my room. I feel this Dr is out for the buck and not the patient.
Dr Bruce Weaver is an excellent doctor. He is thorough and takes time with his patients. After 10 other doctors from all over the state could not find my ailment, Dr Weaver found my rare genetic disorder. I am so grateful to him.
Be sure to ask a lot of questions upfront about their policies. I was surprised to learn that a blood panel would be needed quarterly prior to getting a refill for what is a very low dose prescription I have been taking for 20 years - the one and only prescription I have. I am a relatively healthy adult with no major health issues. There is a also a policy that they will not combine certain types of appointments/consulations so you may end up going in more frequently than is really necessary. Plus, they have no Patient Portal to communicate online, and they don't even have their Patient Forms online (you have to go into pick them up if you want to complete them in advance). I found the office staff to be a bit curt, and neither the doctor nor the staff were very welcoming in regard to questions I posed (esp. about their policies). It didn't take me long to realize this practice was just not going to be a good fit for me. If you have a lot of time on your hands and don't mind being told "what is what" vs. being part of a conversation about your health needs, then go for it. This practice needs to understand that a one-size-fits-all approach is NOT a patient-centric approach to healthcare. It just didn't work for me.
Dr. did not listen when I told him I had adverse reactions to certain medications. He insisted I take them so he could document them. Even my pharmacist was concerned. Office staff would not return my calls. I had numerous insurance issues due to their coding. I finally went to the window and was treated rudely. One Issue is now over a year old and affecting my credit. Never a discussion about lifestyle changes for me or my overweight husband. Just prescriptions.
Great Doctor , son of a great Doctor !
Very informed and caring doctor! I have a rare blood disease, and he had previous experience and knowledge to offer me information and advice. He covered all the bases on my test results, explaining any concerns. This was a welcome change from my previous doctors, and I appreciate his time.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
