Unfortunately, this business is ran by greed and dishonesty. They wrongfully make insurance claims for their own profit. The providers have been kind, but the office staff are dishonest and rude (particularly the ones in the PA office). I would not recommend this establishment.

I have never been so disgusted with a primary care facility in my life. They have cared for both of my children since they were born. Numerous visits, wellness check ups, specialty needs. We left the office and was informed we needed to go to the emergency room. I refuse to take my children to Waterman hospital because of how terrible there pediatric unit is. I chose to take them to Arnold Palmer in Orlando where we always get the best top notch Care. The office refuses to see my children now because of that decision. The fact that they don’t care about a mothers personal preference on who is going to put their hands on my child is a disgrace. I don’t recommend them at all. This office is a disgrace. I hope to spread the word to everybody else about what has happened to me and my children.

I’m very happy my daughter recommended dr Diaz to me 8yrs ago very happy and satisfied best doctor for my kids very caring and kind along with his staff I have no complaints at all

I think a lot of these reviews are fake or written by employees. He does not have good bedside manners. When we asked him about teething he dismissed it. he acknowledged our son could be teething but did not check leaving us with no answer. The check ups are quick and feel like we're just a way to make money. After I left this comment he had an automated message tell us our appointment was canceled due to a "scheduling conflict," which I found unprofessional.

Dr. Diaz and his staff are amazing. He takes time to listen to your concerns, he’s very thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable.

Working in Healthcare, I truly appreciate an office ran well with exceptional providers, and Dr. Diaz's is just that plus so much more. We have 3 boys who all are seen by Dr. Diaz and he is an amazing provider. Incredible personality, great with boys, and very good at explaining things to the parents in digestible verbiage. His office is also fantastic. We've never had a hiccup with billing, or encountered a receptionist with negative energy. Such a great place we love calling our PCP.
