Dr. Burgos is an excellent doctor. from day # 1 that he attended me, he treated me very well together with his staff! Very professional, friendly and with a good sense of humor! Every time I have a question they answer me quickly, they have treated me like family . I am so glad I found him and he will now be my ENT Otolaryngologist FOR LIFE! Thank you Dr. for helping me have a better quality of life with my respiratory situation. You are a blessing!

Took my daughter for a consult. Witnessed a tool used in her mouth be sterilized with a lighter. Totally unprofessional. I have tried to call them to talk about the bill I recieved atleast a dozen times with no one answering the phone. I did speak with a girl once, she told me the girl who does billing wasn't working there and would call me back. Never a call back. I am at the point of calling my insurance company to see if they can get through to them.

I recommended my son to go to an ears nose and throat specialist for a discomfort he’s experiencing on the right side of his neck. I found Dr. Burgos in google, saw his reviews but felt infuriated after my son’s first and final appointment! During the visit, my son explained his issues and concerns about his neck but only the doctor was dismissive and seeming disengaged. Dr. Burgos” reply was a laugh! My son’s first visit consisted of merely getting looked at and laughed at. I was outraged to hear about such an unprofessional response as a “specialist”. Mr. Burgos received payment for no services. That first experience causes me to believe that office should be shut down for malpractice. People should not have reputable companies just because of their friends false reviews.

My 89 year old mother needed immediate medical services for an ear problem. Dr. Burgos and his staff were very helpful and kind to see my mother that day and provided top notch medical services. Thank you Dr. Burgos, you are the Best. My Mother and I really appreciate your help.

The office was filthy which leads me to believe the doctor is not too interested in cleanliness. I really liked nurse Terri, she seemed to be the one holding the place together. If you have other options, I suggest you explore them.

Dr.Burgos is the Best E.N.T. After years of nose infections and not smelling or tasteing food ,that all has changed since .I found this wonderful Doctor. I highly recommend him.

Dr is incredibly thorough and great listener. I had a very pleasant first time visit and barely felt anything during my procedure. I was calm and collected and the staff was more than accommodating, courteous and friendly. Plus I am due any day with my first son and I didn’t feel any bit of stress! Thank you Dr. Burgos and staff!
