Dr. Peralta is working with me on some leg circulation issues and so far have found him and his staff to be very professional and helpful. He looks for the best options for treatment and takes the time to talk and explain things to you. His staff, including Towana and Leslie are also great in working with the patients. It's nice to know Lake County finally has some options with AdventHealth for vascular surgery when needed.

I called Marymount hospital to make an appointment to see him because he was my vascular doctor and they said he is no longer with them and they don't know where he went. Please help.
