Mariners Hospital's Online Review Report Card

Worst emergency room experience ever. Small hospital should not have a trauma center. took 3 hours to get a patient internally bleeding admitted. staff is rude and uninformative, wont update your family.

The staff was extremely kind and efficient when I visited with COVID complications a few days ago. I was taken back immediately and given a CT scan in short order. Not looking forward to the bill, but the staff was excellent. Shout-out to Erica Demaro, APRN, and Mindy the RN. Thank you!

I would say the worst hospital in Florida period.

I had to go to the ER for the first time in the Keys and I must say it was a very pleasant experience to be attended by the staff in the ER. They were all very nice especially Dr. Deer, the nurses Keith & Steve and Caitlin (the Patient rep) , they all made me feel very comfortable ....

Hoy estuve en el fisherman building para una mamografia.. después de esperar una hora no me la hicieron… me sentí maltratada y humillada; no son profesionales para nada; nunca mas regresaría a ese lugar.

I'm young, broke, & I don't have insurance. My eyes were itching for a month. Regular eye drops weren't fixing anything. I go into this place asking for a doc to prescribe me medicine. They google my symptoms on their phone & they bring me a prescription for eye drops. Cool, Thank yall. Now I'm in & out in about an hour. Bro, that bill was over $800. How that is okay is beyond me. This is proof our healthcare system needs to change.

I had my endoscopy on the 7th of July, the Dr's and Nurses were extremely nice and caring. I am outrageously happy with their services. Following day I tried to make my two weeks follow up with the Dr who did the procedure, Front desk on the 7/8/2021 could not help me find a date but in September. Now I could understand a week delay but not three months to see a Dr at the hospital to get my follow up report. Furthermore, she asks me to google the Baptist hospital phone number and see another dr. Is this how we would want to be treated... ?

This past 4th of July, my father, a Korean War veteran, who would be 92 August 1st was taken by ambulance to Mariners Hospital with end stage heart disease. The doctor, nurses, staff and especially nurse Steve and Helena could not have been more kind, compassionate, professional, caring, and respectful of my fathers wishes.With a very grateful heart on behalf of my sister and I who were present and the rest of my family I would like to thank them all and praise them for going over and beyond in making a emotionally difficult situation a little easier to bare. Their care, kindness and compassion was immeasurable. I’ve had song stuck in my head for the past few weeks, ‘Million little miracles’ and I feel they each were indeed light and blessings from God.Through it all Hope Love and Blessings Abound and endureJoni Hodgson
