I would put zero stars, but you can’t. Made an appointment, took off of work was there 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Sat around for over an hour after my appointment, never heard from anyone. I just walked out. If they are so inconsiderate they won’t keep their appointment time, then I really doubt they are reliable enough to rely medical decisions on.

I had appointments that were done as well as they can be done. I have zero issues with the receptionist nor the doctor. I don’t know why anyone would be dissatisfied with Dr Terzian’s service.

The doctor is very knowledgeable, to the point and efficient in his diagnosis and treatment. He gave me the time and attention that most doctors these days do not do. He is a rare doctor, one that cares and actually listens and asks the right questions!

Issue is with after surgery

Extremely disrespectful, dishonest, and unprofessional to say the least. We would never recommend Terzian.

The Dr was rude and nasty and yelled at me. Told me I needed surgery while I was in the hospital and he never did. Refused to take out my Stent. He never even checked to see if the stone was still there. Guess what! The stone was gone and that man yelled and screamed at me about a stone still being there and I should be happy he saved my life!

Dr Terzian diagnosed my Kidney cancer removed my Kidney and I left the hospital in 2 days . I have had no complications and cannot thank him enough for saving my life.

Had stone blocking kidney Dr. Terzian placed stent on day I went to the ER at Tavernier.. After being off blood thinner one week Dr. Terzian removed the 8mm stone. Two days later removed catheter two days after that he removed stent. I have had this done twice before and did not look forward to pain. With Dr. Terziann the only pain was with catheter. I would give him 10 stars. I highly recommend Dr. Terzian

Spent over 2 days in the hospital waiting for him to come by and see me. He never showed up. The nurses tried contacting him and he never responded. A call to his office said he was scheduled for hospital rounds however he never came to follow up with me. I've never met the guy and personally would never care to after this experience. The hospital should find a more reliable urologist to treat their patients. So disappointed.
