Colleen Campbell's Online Review Report Card

This place is not safe!! They have hired people who steal your social security and do fraudulent things with it. Im not sure if the doctor is aware of these things going on. No one there seems to be able to get the doctor on the phone. She hired Tereneshia Kelsey Who Was Fired From Compassion Care Pain Management doctor for stealing patients info and selling them. If anyone knows this doctor please warn her before it is too late.

Always has time and the patience to deal with any issues I may have had. All the staff are polite and efficient.

I love my nurse practitioner, but Dr Campbell treats me like I'm bothering her every time they force me to see her. If I call the office because I'm sick and they tell me I should come in to be seen, but my NP isn't available so I have to be put on Dr Campbell's schedule, every single time, Dr Campbell's nurse calls me the morning I'm supposed to come in and tells me I'm fine and I don't have to be seen. I know I he sees a lot of patients, so I'm assuming she's not calling every patient and telling them they don't need to be seen, just me. Dr Campbell has gotten so mad (not at me) during one of my required visits, that half way through, she left slamming the door behind her, and I didn't know what to do. If it wasn't for my amazing NP, I wouldn't stay there. But I do have a very caring, understanding NP.

I had my medical exam done here for my pilots license 5 years ago at the old office and I had a great experience. I went to the new office to have my medical done again and there was no waiting. The staff was professional, very Friendly, nice people, office is very clean and the overall the best experience. I will definitely be going again. If you're a pilot looking to get your medical this is the place to go in tampa. Big thanks to dr colleen *************************

VISITS: for almost a year till it took me to figure out wasn't getting care just a handful of referrals have illnesses she would not treat. Then she left the face of the Earth when Covid19 started and her staff was miserable and awful NO EMPHATHY SMART BEES in this HORRIFIC NOT HELPFUL NO EMPATHY NO REGARDS FOR PEOPLE. SHOULD NOT BE A DOCTOR.

I have been a patient for a few years and absolutely love Dr. Campbell.. She doesn't rush through and always seems to truly want to understand what I'm going through. Her staff is also very professional and friendly. I go to the Temple Terrace office and only once had to go to the office on 22nd st. Same thing with the staff... Extremely friendly and professional.

My health insurance change and I was assigned to this doctor, I call for an appointment and they took my health insurance information they said will call back after verifying with the health insurance. It's been a week and I haven't get any call from them. Today I decided to call them and check what happen , why the have not call me back to give me an appointment, the representative said she will send the info. to the Patient Coordinator and they will contact me within 2-3 days, So that means I have to wait probably a week or so, I am asking for a doctor appointment not to have a meeting with the President of USA, So they are busy and will call back the appointment secretary said. I am calling my health insurance to change this doctor, The doctor has a lot of good reviews, but her staff should be fired. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed. I can even give a review to the doctor.

Initially Dr Campbell was thorough and timely. Shortly after she opened her own practice things just kept going downhill. Excessive wait times (more than 1 1/2 hours), with zero apology, and substandard care. No follow-up with you regarding tests, some of which radiologists advised were needed to rule out a more serious condition. I've moved on in the best interest of my health. Would never recommend this doctor.
