I may be being generous with 3 stars. Dr Motiwala has never seemed invested in my care. I developed anemia, probably due to my kidney disease, and she wanted to fob that off onto a hematologist! Nephrologists deal with it all the time. She didn't even order basic bloodwork which I found out when I saw another nephrologist. The office is a joke. Mailbox full. Can't find ANYONE to take a message. Finally get a call back and it's choppy (probably on a cell phone in a car) and can't understand it). One month after visit and I still have ZERO idea if or when I am getting my iron infusion. What a freaking mess!

Very disappointed in how her staff has handle my son's care. I have been calling for several days regarding my son's medication. I was told due to "Martin's" computer is down he can return your call. REALLY. Call Temple Terrace office today was told by someone who proclaims to be the office manager that Martin or his supervisor will call you back today NO CALL as of @5:59 pm. Rep on the phone now "Barbara" I am expressing to her how I am feeling about this whole ordeal she then tells me (its only 445pm) that she has to pick up her kids and she will transfer me to some that can help me!! 2nd REALLY!!!! Now have another person on the phone who states she is the office manager, and this is the first time she has heard of this issue. I advised her again how disappointed I am with the way a simple phone call and Martin calling back Dr. Motiwala patients WELL IT WOULDN'T BE THE FIRST TIME. I then ask for a corp number to file a complaint I was then advised that there is no number to call a corp office. REALLY!!! this office is very disorganized NO ONE EVERY KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON AT ALL. Dr. Motiwala is an awesome doctor with incompetent staff.

Dr. Motiwala was in no hurry through our appointment taking the time to answer all of my questions and treat my CKD. Her staff was friendly and I got a next day appointment. I'm very happy with her and would recommend her.
