Office very unresponsive to phone calls. Usually completely ignored or call back in very untimely manner (days).

My husband's home care nurse called the office with an emergency concerning my husband. Dr. Rivero is his doctor. She was told someone would call us back. No one ever phoned us back. Next day, took him to ER where he was immediately admitted to the hospital.

Excellent care and followup

Dr Rivero has been very attentive to my husband’s heart issues. Performed a cardiac catheterization and provided a detail explanation to me after the procedure. Really appreciate his professionalism.

I visited Dr. Rivero today at his Sumter Landing office. I chose him since he was on duty when i arrived at TVRH emergency room with chest tightness. He oversaw the stress test at hospital so why not follow up with him. Very professional, courteous and to the point. Thankyou. Bob McNellis

If i could give a negative review, I would. His staff is completely inconsiderate and unresponsive. I can call five times in one day and not get a call back. I had a prescription through Dr. Rivero that had three refills remaining and he canceled the medication! Not even the pharmacist had ever heard of that! Not to mention, this is obviously a heart medication, not something I can live without. 0/10 would not recommend.
