image NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!! My 90 year old MIL with a fractured ankle, was seen by Dr. Cook, the beginning of March, NOW 3 days away from May and we are still waiting for a follow thru on ordering a boot so she can walk - NO follow up appointment was scheduled. Her PA has been calling and calling with NO response. Yesterday we were expecting the records to FINALLY be faxed to the assisted living home - BUT - NO!!!! Today I have spent HOURS trying to reach someone, NO GO - the phone is forwarded to an answering service, or I get to leave a message. I have tried ALL the options on the phone tree with ZERO SUCCESS! I would RUN away from this place as fast as you can - HORRIBLE -

I've had knee problems for years. Went in and had a few consultations with Dr Cook. Anyway, long story - short, I got a few injections from the doctor and now my knees don't hurt.

I almost did not use dr cook because of the negative reviews of his staff. I don’t know who they dealt with. I am having a wonderful,professional, and helpful experience from the staff. I called on three different occasions. They got back to me in an appropriate time and were friendly, gave me time and advice. The people I worked with were Gisselle, Harley, Shiloh, and I think chastity or Celine. There may be a wait to see the dr. That’s because people want to go to him. I totally recommend dr cooks practice.

As we sit almost two hours after the time we wete told to be here we still wait. Following their directions to go first for xrays and being told the imaging center had the script, they did not. Incompetence from the start. They clearly think their time is more valuable than their patients. When asked for an update the extremely unprofessional receptionist tried to offer a failed explanation. If they are unable to treat their patients due to not having a in house xray technician they should adjust their scheduling rather than be so inconsiderate of others time.

This place is a joke! I haven't even been there but already know it's a disaster. I was referred there after an urgent care visit. I've called three times this week to try to get an appointment and have not received one call back! Can't speak to a live person....just leave messages that go into cyberspace. I won't call again. If I get a call back, hell will have frozen over!

They are extremely inconsiderate of their patients regarding wait times. This is not the first time we have waited in excess of 45 minutes past our scheduled time. Today we are now an hour plus after our scheduled time and still waiting to be called by a nurse…and then we will still have to wait for the doctor. VERY INCONSIDERATE.

Dr. Cook is genuinely one of the best Orthopedic Surgeons anywhere near Central Florida. He repaired my knee a few years ago, which had two meniscus tears, and I haven't had any issues at all, and he specializes in shoulders! That's how good he is.
