Jennie Hawkins is the Best!!!!, Jennie has always helped me when choosing eyewear. In fact, I will wait to see Jennie before anyone else because she is the ultimate professional and always goes the extra mile whether it is in choosing the frames, or bringing as many frames to me to try on and fitting them. When I return to pick up the finished glasses she just doesn't hand me the bag and send me on my way, she tries them on me and makes sure that the fit it perfect. She gives great customer service every time!!!!

1:00 pm appt...first assistant called me in at 2:30. Eye drops, BP checked, chart read, and a nice conversation. Back to Waiting Room 2. Dr. Paglia arrived, looked at screen. Looked in my eyes. The explanation about procedure or need for it was quick and not memorable. I guess that is good. Out around 3:00 pm...time with employees about 15 minutes.
