Long story short, I was seeing one of his associates for a problem that was not critical, yet it needed taken care of in a timely manner. His associate left suddenly and he would not take any patient that had been seen by him. Good thing I went to St. Louis, MO because turned out my right Kidney was shutting down do to undiagnosed diabetes. After all was said and done, turned out that a test I had done right before Dr. Kelly's associate left showed the problem. To bad he was to lazy to follow up with active patients that were coming into the office.
