Fernando Serra's Online Review Report Card

Dr Serra performed smart lipo on my neck/chin. He is one of the only docs I could find that offered smart lipo. I am not ready for a full or mini lift so this was a perfect choice. He was very honest about expectations and the procedure was not bad at all! Dr Serra is an awesome Dr and makes you very comfortable; he is a “real” person and treats you like a ln old friend every time he sees you. I will definitely be using him in the future!

Dear doctor, I had a bad experience with you, of course you can't deal with my problem, it's understandable. But I showed you the ct film, it takes time to open the ct film, and you just said that the film is broken after waiting for less than a minute, I thought it was really broken, but the film can be opened of. I mean, as a doctor, you don't have the basic professionalism, and you don't even have the patience to open the CT scan. I asked when I made an appointment in advance, and I went after you accepted the appointment. If you can't do it, you should have told me earlier.

I had a cyst grow on my face of all places. Extremely happy that I opted to go to a plastic surgeon rather than a dermatologist! It was on my cheek, under my eye, and you can’t even tell anymore! The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Couldn’t be any happier to have found this place!

I am simply amazed at the care and comfort I received from Dr. Serra. I can honestly tell you that I did not have any pain! It was amazing. Surgery with no pain!!!! The staff was very professional and kind. Truly a remarkable experience.

I had a abdominoplasty 4 days ago… Dr has called twice, I’ve had a visit to the office already and I feel fabulous!! The staff is unbelievable awesome also. Not to mention, my tummy is looking so Awesome can’t wait to wear the bathing suits!! I had a lower face lift 48 hours ago under local anesthesia. Dr Serra is kind, caring and he and his staff are personable and kind. Not a bunch of plastic or pretentious attitudes here. This is a fantastic team of wonderful people and Dr. Serra is an extremely gifted and talented surgeon. Natural results…. and how many people can be out and about with no bruising 2 days after a facelift. Excellent experience! Pic with my husband is 48 hours post op… out to dinner.

It was the greatest experience ive ever had with a docter. I needed to get in to see a plastic surgeon . He saw me the sameday and i was not a patient of his. He was so caring made me feel so much better.

The office is small but inviting. The office staff are very friendly and professional. Dr Serra is exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk to, and explains the procedures in detail. I can't imagine a better group to do the procedures I'm wanting to do.
