My first visit with this office was fantastic….the best medical experience since moving to the area 3 years ago. Had an establishment appt with Devadah, the wonderful NP in the office. She was thorough and so warm and pleasant. She then brought in Dr. Gegaj so I could meet him and have him answer a question. The doctor is warm and answers questions easily. I think I have found “my medical people”.

Very knowledgeable doctor. Just didn’t work out for us personality wise. He was always so friendly and responsive to my husband and a complete jerk to me. I do feel this doctor knew/knows more about my odd medical history due to his working at The Cleveland Clinic prior. He staff is so inconsistent. One day they don’t answer phones, one day recording comes on stating they are not taking calls - my husband had just gotten out of hospital and we needed them. Had to drive 35 mins to office to get prescription straight, and don’t you know they messed up two more times. Three trips total to their office because they weren’t answering phone. Have had two other incidents over messed up electronic prescriptions. Some staff very nice, but overall incompetent. While meeting with doctor, he sends in labs for the next visit 6 to 12 months away. Previous primary care physicians went over labs to be ordered with me/us. Don’t like this process. I know he gets good reviews and came recoup us when moving to the area. But this office was not for us, needed a larger practice where labs etc. are part of the practice.

What an experience my first appointment with Dr Gegah was and still is. The entire process is seamless, efficient, respectful and professional. As a retired Chief Nursing Officer of the largest Hospital in the Midsouth, I'm not easily impressed with health care offices. The Office from reception to to the provider is STELLAR!

Very little wait time. However during high snowbird season the wait to see dr. can be a little longer. When in his office,he takes time, explains, knowledgeable and is thorough. He has been my dr for the 8 years I have been in the Villages. His PA , Aubrey, is also professional, caring and competent.

Dr. Florian is great doctor

My experience with Dr. Gegaj was terrible. I found him uncaring, uninterested and possibly responsible for my need to go to the ER. He referred me to Citrus Cardiology Group that never returned phone calls or responded to submittal of new patient forms. Why refer to a group that is non-responsive to your patients needs?

Went to do my scheduled blood draw for my upcoming scheduled annual checkup and his office had not sent the orders. Had to reschedule everything. They seem disorganized in his office much of the time. I believe he has too many patients to provide excellent service.

Office staff does not answer the telephone. Office staff does not respond to emails. Office staff did return phone call after 4days of daily calls. Office staff did not put in a most urgent referral for me for glaucoma. After waiting for 10 days to hear from the glaucoma specialist I called them and they had never received a referral. I called Dr. G’s office no answer I left a message no return phone call.

Always excellent.Very caring and knowledgeable.

Dr Gegaj is very thorough. He listens well and is excellent about sharing helpful medical information. APRN Aubrey Canal is also excellent. Front desk and check-out are friendly and competent. Highly recommend.
