My wife was scheduled for a physical with Dr. Zimmerman which is a visit fully paid by our insurance company. Without informing my wife (patient), Dr. Zimmerman changed the coding to one where our responsibility is over $100 for the visit. We informed The Villages Health that we should not pay for their coding change/mistake to no avail. Her communications skills are poor and her concern for patient's finances appear to be poor as well. Is this someone you can trust?

My first visit with Dr. Zimmerman was very good. She seemed genuinely interested in me and what I had to day. Seemed very knowledgeable and too more time with me than most of the physicians I have had in the past. I am very happy I made the switch to The Villages Health and Dr. Zimmerman.
