I was seen and spent most of my time with an eye technician (Kaylee who was very kind) not the doctor, who for 20 minutes did almost everything for my eye appointment, dilation, numbing drops, eye charting for measurements, blue lights, etc. Then I was seen by the doctor (Litcht) who was also very kind and looked in the back of my eyes for AMD, PVD, etc. Honestly, I prefer the board certified physician taking measurements of my eyes, and determining my eye prescription as that's what I am paying for. The fees are reflective of a physician visit; however, I spent only 5 minutes with the physician receiving "medical care" looking in the back of my eyes. The other few moments were me asking a couple questions about recreational activities and my safety for my eyes. Different process here in FLorida as up north it does not operate this way. The eye technicians should be compensated appropriately for all they do.

Extremely professional office - Most pleasantly surprised. Well oiled machine and staff was surprisingly pleasant. Not what I'd come to expect after a few years down in Fort Lauderdale. ToTV had my expectations rather low for healthcare in the area, so I was unprepared for being treated so well. It's the way we treated folks in *my* office.
