Dr. Ireland is knowledgable, efficient, and has very good staff that supports her work. From the time I arrived to the time I left, I always felt cared for, felt like my time mattered as much as theirs, and while I did have the first appointment in the morning, my visit moved along swiftly without hardly any delays. I was especially impressed with her caring attitude and concern that everything is done correctly.

Dr. Ireland is very competent and knowledgeable . It took more than 3 and 1/2 hours to finish but we understand it takes time to coordinate all the steps needed before surgery is scheduled.

I have had retinal surgery and limited vision in my right eye, and in talking to the doctor about doing the cataract in my left eye she was very encouraging to me after all I have been through with my right eye
