Dr. Glass has been my doctor for 3 years. Excellent bedside manner and very smart.

I have always had great experiences with Dr Glass clinic at Moffitt. He spends a lot of time with patients and that is why he runs late (yes, bring a book). He doesn't just cut out moles that are not harmful and I appreciate that because I have had bleeding problems and scarring in the past before I was referred to Moffitt. I recommend Dr Glass highly.

Waited an hour and a half in the waiting room and another hour in the exam room. I would reccomend bringing a book to read. Didn't feel very comfortable talking to him, everything I said he shot down.

Three hours wait for an appointment appears to be the norm. The doctor and staff make no apologies or excuses for these delays. The other commentators about this doctor and staff refer to them as "non-chalant", but I would call it arrogant. I too suggest another facility be used.

I can understand somewhat what the other poster meant as I have waited long times to see the doc and the staff is non-chalant for dealing with cancer patients. I personally like Dr. Glass and find he has a sense of humor. My care has been excellant so far and I would recommend both Dr. Glass and Moffit.

Dr. Glass seems like a nice person, however, he is rather nonchalant about serious illness for someone having expertise in melanoma. I suppose many doctors have the same attitude. Perhaps he is only interested in more advanced cases. The hospital itself, at least cutaneous oncology, is very disorganized. After my first visit, they lost my photos. I have waited on average over 2 hours for my appointmenst. After almost 2 years of this, I walked out on my last appointment after waiting over 3 hours, I was finally placed in a room, then told I had to wait another 45 minutes. If I was severly ill, that would be a torturously long time to wait. They should be ashamed of what they must put sick people through. Public areas of the hospital are also quite dirty for cancer center with many patienents who are immunocompromised. If I have further complications, I will have to try another institution.
