First time using this dental office and doctor and I was very impressed from the get go. Very professional, courtesy and honest about the work I needed done. No BS “you need a deep cleaning” that is so common with many dentists in my area. From the receptionist to the Dr they were all wonderful. Dr Thi Pham Hygienist Deanna Heather Meagan All were so professional and friendly and made my visit a stress free experience. Everything that was done was clearly explained to me. The charges for treatments were also explained to me as far as what my insurance covered and what I was responsible for. Very happy I found this practice.

Dr. Pham and the entire staff do a terrific job! The patience and expertise of Kristina in fitting my new crown, was outstanding. She has the experience and skills to make sure everything was perfect.

Don't go to this dental office the receptionist I talked to was rude and inconsiderate! I called back on July 25th and the receptionist I talked to requested the insurance information and said she would call back. The receptionist never called back. I called again today and got a very rude individual that made no effort to find out why I was not called back and even track down the information I provided. Seems a professional business would keep record of future customers so they can maintain new business, I guess this receptionist does not understand customer service or how busy works. I am sure the owners, which are possibly the dentist would be upset is they lost business.

Amazing dental hygienist Bane. So sweet and does an amazing job. My teeth are very very sensitive and she numbs my gums and works quickly with expertise! I really appreciate her. Thank you Bane💕

Front desk receptionist very friendly. After 4 years of not seeing a dentist I saw Bane the hygienist today and she was very friendly and personable. Made me feel at ease. Already scheduled my next appointment. I will definitely recomment this dental office.

Outstanding visit! The technician was extremely knowledgeable, skilled and displayed a strong attention to detail. I was impressed by the way she explained everything she was doing, was patient with me and went above and beyond in terms of pain management. I could not imagine a better visit for the work I had done!
