Chaotic. They schedule appointments then cancel them then tell me i have already done that appointment. It took 1 year after a cat scan before i was accidentally told me, I have a nodule on my upper right lung. It took 3 years before I found out i had 2 nodules. Mid and upper right lung. I am told I will have treatment then told they dont know what i am talking about. Nothing is documented and what is, is in fact misleading. This place is exhausting and takes a huge toll on your mental and physical health. Its all about the money and never about the patients.

If I could delete my last review I would. A patient should never need to remind these doctors to make sure labs are sent and employees do their jobs.

I have yet to meet another doctor so thorough. Dr. Villa really listens to me about my health concerns on what my body is experiencing. The atmosphere is so therapeutic. Everyone working here is very personable. Bottom line is my health concerns are actually dealt with. I can't imagine seeing another medical practice. I am finally at home with a doctor office where everyone is personable and professional. Thank you Dr. Villa.

Dr. Villa took over my medical care when I needed help most. I was suffering from a chronic cough and went to countless doctors and urgent cares and even an ER, to no avail. Dr. Villa spoke to me via a video chat for an hour and gave me a clear-cut course of action, totally different from what the last doctor said. I totally agree with Dr. Villa’s synopsis and direction. I’m already in her office for tests so my real treatment can begin soon. Dr. Villa is a true gifted doctor who genuinely cares about her patients. My friend went to her, too, and recommended I go see Dr. Villa. I am glad she did.
