Very disappointed with this Dr. He cannot keep facts straight during the same conversation. Does not review patient history prior to determining any treatment. Does not seem to care. Probably good time for him to retire.

He may have been a good Dr at one point, however, he is either growing senile or just doesn't care. During a phone conversation (several) he contradicts himself, forgets what he has said and just makes statements that are not true.
