I’m very disappointed in his office. The worst I’ve seen. Last year they waited to send my requisition to my primary the day before my colonoscopy when the y knew 3 months in advance. When I was scheduled for the colonoscopy the next morning I sat there for 1 1/2 hours before they told me they are waiting for approval. I left and went to my primary to ask why it took so long for my approval. Primary said he never got to request until yesterday at 11am which he has to send it to the insurance which sent sent immediately. It takes about 24 hours for approval. So I prepped for nothing. Had to set it up again because of Dr Gabriel office. This year again had an appoint follow up from my colonoscopy this year that was set up from February and my appointment was today, October 12th to find out the APRN quit the end of February and they didn’t let me know until I walked in the office today. I’m high risk for cancer and they are not concerned about my biopsies. They couldn’t even take the time to call!!!!!

Sept. 3rd visit was just fine. Staff is great and efficient. I had a 9:45 appt for follow-up endoscopy and was released at 11:30. Pretty good imo. It’s just too cold in the waiting and recovery rooms. I did not have to put on a gown for this procedure but still dress warmly.

Dr. Gabriel’s communication with me was excellent. He is very good at listening as well as explaining what his findings are. His staff at the Lady Lake office are friendly as well as professional.
