He is the Best Ever!!! Thank God I have him at our location in The Villages! Richard Zidlick
DR BETANCES HAS BEEN MY PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR AT THE VA FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. i HAVE BEEN 100 PERCENT HAPPY WITH HIM. LOOKS LIKE WHAT I SEE IN THE REVIEWS THAT RATED HIM LOW, THE STATEMENTS MADE ARE FALSE NEED TO GO ELSE WHERE FOR THEIR FREE MEDICAL CARE.
Very bad experience. His staff is rude and he is impersonal. I looked him up AFTER my appointment and I saw reviews of him about PROSTITUTES he steals from (which his emails attached as proof). STAY AWAY!
First time a doctor remembered who I was and remembered my complaints. Then actually tried to do something to make me feel better. I feel very lucky to have him as my regular doc at the VA.
Dr. Betances is terrible. He's short and dismissive and doesn't really listen to your issues. He seems more interested in getting you out of his office than he is helping anybody. I've been trying to schedule an appointment with him for intense pain related to an appointment a few weeks ago, but keep getting told that he put in my record that I'm "good" for a year and can't get an appointment.
Dr Betances listens to your complaints. He is friendly and very competent. I always felt relaxed in his presence.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
