Dr. Ortiz-Graulau has been a wonderful GP. He actively listens, asks pertinent questions and is down to earth and personable. I am VERY pleased with his care.

Dr. Ortiz cares about each patient and is willing to get to know them as time allows. Unfortunately he is governed by the policies of the Veteran's Administration and must adhere to those guidelines in how often he can see a patient but he puts in orders to send patients to other doctors (specialists) as needed. He takes time for a quick chat about a person's well being----or lack there of. He depends on his staff to help him out w/ communication and scheduling but he has a fine staff.
