If a patient has a appointment, they shouldn't have to wait 45 minutes without seeing a doctor. This office told me, well the doctor is busy. Well so am I. Double booked, worst reason ever. This Doctor needs to work on his time management. Quality of care is lacking. Grievance, its there if i want to go that route. Not so good for them.

Had a great first experience with Dr. Balingit. Very kind and approachable. Wait time was as expected. The staff was professional. I always appreciate a physician that is down-to-earth in their approach to patient care. Overall a great experience! 😀

Dr. Balingut diagnosed my complex sleep apnea and prescribed a BiPap machine. I've been going regularly for checkups. His entire team from Phil and Mark the sleep lab specialists to the front office staff are wonderful.

He may be a good doctor, but I couldn’t wait long enough. Never in my life. I waited an hour and a half and still not seen a doctor. That just shows disrespect for my time and how important his patients are to him. I would never recommend him to anybody.

👍👍The staff was proffecianal and courteous. Charlene was very helpful in reviewing my supplies. The doctor was knowledgeable and proffecianal. These folks actually made you feel welcome. I wish more folks had their attitude and work ethic.

Three appointments with Balingit; 1 was a no show, twice he was 35-45 minutes late. Mumbles, had to ask him to speak up several times. Unprofessional.

Three appointments with Balingit; he was a no show for one (was not even in the building), for the other two I waited 35-45 minutes in a room alone, nothing to read, no music, not even a window. So so unprofessional! He suggested a follw-up. I asked would he agree to be on time. He replied "No". Didn't even say I'll try. No respect for patients. I will not go back to him.

Three appointments with Balingit; one he was a no show after a 45 minute wait (he was even in the office), twice the wait time was 35-45 minutes. So unprofessional. When he suggested follow-up I asked would he agree to be on time. His answer was "NO". Not even "I'll try."

Dr. Balingit is very good every time I see him. Today I saw Sharon. I don't know her last name. She went over my lung scans with me and is very kind, compassionate and patient. All of the staff members are friendly and helpful.
