Had an in grown toe nail Dr Shannon operated she was amazing. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The people here are very professional and are very well trained in what they do. I hope I don't need them again, haha, but I have peace knowing that they are there if something ever should come up. Thank you so much for taking care of me!

Dr. Floyd performed a surgery on my toes that has eliminated a constant and bothersome pain in those toes. I am very happy with both the surgery and the follow up attention. Her staff are also superb.

Dr. Floyd really helped me a lot. I have been seeing podiatrists in Pennsylvania for over 30 years to remove callus buildup on the bottom of my feet. I had pain with every step. Having recently moved to Florida, I started seeing Dr. Floyd to continue with my foot care. After seeing the callus buildup on my foot, she suggested surgery to raise a bone and inject a synthetic to recreate a fat pad on the bottom of my foot. She suggested the surgery which I was very hesitant to have done. She reassured me that the surgery would relieve the pain I had experienced for many years. After a few visits and trying to live with the pain I began to trust Dr. Floyd and decided to have the surgery. Her surgical skills performed the surgery as expected. After a few weeks of post-surgery convalescence, which she completely explained to me and was expected, I am now able to walk without pain and enjoy the active lifestyle of living in Florida. Thank you so much Dr. Floyd!!!! I would highly recommend Dr. Floyd to anyone needing a podiatrist, she is truly amazing!!!!

Dr. Floyd and her staff are skillful and friendly. Surgery on my toes was well done and has resolved my problem.

I saw her for pain on the bottom of my foot behind the toes. She sweetly assured me it was an easy fix. I was given a cortisone injection through the TOP of my foot and the needle got stuck. It was in a tendon and within a week the toe adjacent to the injection had drawn up and developed into a hammer toe. When I returned to ask what could be done about it she told me to put a band aid on it!! I got upset, she was no longer sweet, got defensive, and ordered me out of her office. As I read other reviews, I see I am not the first one she has treated this way! I am an avid walker and have had to get new shoes with a larger toe box and must put a protective sleeve on the deformed toe. I got this from a capable podiatrist I had to see after my nightmare with her.

In January of 2022 I had foot surgery by Dr. Shannon Floyd, I had 2 prior surgeries on the same foot, both done in TX. The first put in a titanium joint which hurt 24/7 for the 6 1/2 years I had it in, the next surgery removed the titanium joint and fused the joint of the big toe, again pain but only when I walked, after 4 more years of suffering I went to Dr. Shannon Floyd, she is simply OUTSTANDING! I waited till now to write this review to make certain that the pain was in the past, and it is, I golf 3-5 days a week and walk 6 miles 4-5 days a week. THE PAIN IS GONE!! Thank you Dr. Shannon Floyd!!

Dr. Floyd is the greatest. Not only does she possess excellent podiatry skills, she is 'patient focused'. When you are her patient, she gives you 100% of her attention. She cares about you. Her medical background from Cornell univ. Is superb. She will always met you with a smile.

I have been with her several years and believe me, she is the best. Was with another practice for over 15 years and it was hard to change, but I am so glad I did. My husband is glad, too! She is very knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and explains everything so one can understand what is being done or needs to be done. She has done 2 surgeries on my feet and all have been very successful and my life is much improved. Don't look any further, you are looking at the best. Her staff is awesome, too.
