I had an appointment with the Carewell Senior Center. The staff was professional and and politeness. My caregiver was courteous, proficient and knowledgeable. The wait time was minimal.

Traversing health care can be challenging and exhausting. The Village health process eliminates all of the work. They assist you and provide resources that cover any unexpected event ! They are courteous, supportive, and obviously listen to ALL of the consumer concerns. They absolutely developed this patient centered health care system by listening intently, observing constantly and prioritizing the patient needs! Villages healthcare is simply the best !

Dr. Reed and his staff are fabulous. I had several toes that required some surgery. Everything was done professionally and kindly. Highly recommend him.

I love Dr. Raquet, who deserves the highest score possible. The staff at the center is always pleasant and helpful. However, the crowded parking situation makes going to an appointment difficult. This is why my rating is a four instead of a five.
