I have no issues with this place, except they tell you to come 15min early but depending on your appt. time there either not opened or gone to lunch

It's a shame that they got these doctors and this disgusting staff working there unbelievable I did some testing last week they received the results since the 25th and they don't want to even discussed it with me or give me the results since the Rosemary and the old staff left this place went downhill I wish somebody would shut this place down

Been trying to get blood pressure medicine refilled, tried calling several times and wait an hour to get through. I went in person and they said they sent to wrong pharmacy and they would send to right pharmacy and never sent it.

I started to see a provider at this location on May 17, 2020. It was never advised to me that my provider was retiring (otherwise I would have seen a different provider). I had several wellness visits with this provider and she prescribed medication to me in which one I was given refills for. I was notified by my pharmacy that i needed refill on this one particular medication and my pharmacy sent my refill request to this office. I was advised by my pharmacy that the request for refill was rejected. On Tuesday 06/23/2020, After spending 2 hours on hold I was advised by the scheduler that my provider retired on 06/19/2020 and that in order for me to get a refill i needed to leave a message and i was transferred to the nurse line and placed on hold for another 45 minutes. I could not hold any longer because I was at work. I called on my day off and spent another 1 and 30 minutes on hold to leave a message with the nurse. I was finally able to leave a message for the office to return my call and tell me that in order for me to get my refill i needed to see another provider. Sound fishy to me. I will not be returning to this office at ALL. The run around for a script and the hold time to leave a message or even schedule an appointment is ridiculous. And lets not get into the receptionist and her lack of knowledge with commercial insurances. I am not interested in holding for hours to rectify the issue. I will not be returning

My first visit and I was amazed that the doctor showed care and genuinely had nice mannerisms and a sense of humor. The staff was patient and kind to assist me and make me feel welcomed. They take pre caution with COVID-19 which helped ease my anxiety.

I followed Ms Rosemary Clanton from the palm river office. She's the best. Super sweet, caring and shows general concern for my health. Love you Rosemary!
