This practice has the worst staff on the face of this earth! They are worse than rude and disrespectful! Dr Ochoa should replace the entire staff or maybe his staff is a reflection of him and the care that he gives! I would give 5 negative stars if I could!

My husband and I have used Dr Ochoa office since 2004. Both of us have nothing but good reviews for the whole office staff, doctors, nurse, PA. We have had a lot of medical problems over the years. Now in our late 70s and I would not change our primary physician. 5 stars

This office is currently run using a Physician's Assistant as the care provider. She is very young, inexperienced, defensive, condescending, and rude. She cannot write a prescription but has to wait for a doctor to drop in and sign prescriptions once or twice a week. She is not very knowledgable about current research.

The staff is nice, especially Brandon and the others on front desk. However, from my experience, the medical assistants and doctors are NOT good with communication. If they were to call you, they don’t tell the reasoning for the call over voicemail. It can be 3 seconds ago that they have called and you call them back but can not reach them! I’m not saying that they don’t care for your health but they are slow with giving results (test, medication) and answering any questions. Hope this helps.

I had a one minute visit with this doctor before having a CPAP machine ordered for me. EVERYTHING was either coordinated or done completely by his staff. This doctor was more interested in taking calls, where I could hear him in an office directly across from where I was sitting and waiting to see him (for a long time). I felt like he was just there to have a "doctors name" associated with this practice. Still searching for an awesome sleep doctor.
