This doctor is so rude and hurtful, I will never see him again. While some bits of information may be true about me, there is a respectful and caring way to say them. It is not necessary to be condescending and insulting.

Very unprofessional and rude. While discussing options for control of GERD, he said “not a surgeon in town would touch you with THAT on you” (gesturing to my stomach region). While I agree that I do have some weight to lose, I don’t think it was necessary for him to be so rude and hurtful. While discussing weight loss options, he said that starvation would do me some good. That under 800 calories/day would be a great place for me to start. I am a 55+ year old woman who stands 5’5”.

Dr. Caos was negligent and failed to be honest about the results of my mothers colonoscopy. He said she was fine, misdiagnosed her, and she suffered for a year until we got a second opinion and was told that the colonoscopy Caos performed was NOT okay and he wasn’t even able to access the right side in order to properly diagnose. He’s arrogant and rude and didn’t listen to my mom. He belittled her and caused her a lot of suffering. If we find out, that after her next procedure with the new doctor, that she has something much worse that has progressed we will be suing.

A total JOKE. 20 minutes to fill out papers for him getting paid and 3 minutes to tell me not to eat fiber which I really don't give a crap about. I have pain that is disabling me to function in my left upper gi tract assuming it is around the spleen area - maybe splenic flexure. ALL I desired out of this visit was a referral to a surgeon because I am sick and tired of having to live this way with pain on left side of colon and it is constant so Dr Caos said he would refer me and it has been over a week with no word. I wish he had to live with this just for a day and let's see how he can stand it at work. Just one day.
