I love this place and the staff who work here they are fantastic people and I had been away for a little over a year trying to work with a single PCP for my insurance company and I was told me I need to leave Brevard Health alliance and get a regular PCP out of the marketplace so I did that and ran into quite a few difficulties and so I was able to return to BHA and see my old friends and all the lovely kind kind patient people who work there they are fantastic thank you its located in that windy parking lot in the very corner of the l shape building on the right hand side.

Already thinking I need to find a different doctor and I haven’t even had my first appointment yet. It was canceled 30 mins before the appointment which took me two weeks trying to contact them and playing phone tag to get it Then I spent the entire day yesterday trying to get through to someone. Finally gave up and opted for a call back when I got the call back I answered and it literally just said” please leave a message after the beep BEEEPPP”If I could give negative stars I would. I have never in my life had this much trouble trying to make an appointment. It’s like they don’t want clients.

There are some employees in the front area reception who somehow think its acceptable and even normal to mistreat and openly discuss clients and their personal charts in a negative and derogatory way. Or they have their personal cell phones out and taking and sharing pictures and chit chatting in front of clients its just a poor reflection on the staff that are actually working and trying to treat the clients with dignity and respect.
