David Quintyne's Online Review Report Card

Because I'm on Medicaid Dr. Quintine can't get a lot of treatments or testing covered but that's no excuse for not caring that I'm not receiving adequate care. I should be referred to a specialist because nothing he's prescribed helps me but Medicaid doesn't cover the kind of specialist I need. So, of all you need is basic primary care and cheap generic drugs go to the Brevard Health Alliance. If you have any kind of serious health problem don't expect adequate care. You'll just have to wait until you're really sick and then go to the ER. Then you'll get the scans and treatment you need.

Dr Qyuntine is awsome he not only is your doctor but he becomes your friend!

The worst experience! The girls at front desk worked really hard to get me in when a cancelled appointment was available. I was in the area the day before my appointment and dropped off a one page form to EXTEND my FMLA (I’m new to area and need to establish PCP) I met Dr Quintyne once and his demeanor towards me was abrupt and I felt uncomfortable. I am a Lupus patient with other Chronic Pain, PTSD and Anxieties. However, he did prescribe meds to give comfort. The next day I went to meet with him but he had his nurse tell me he will not help with extension on my FMLA and he doesn’t have to ( she was rude about it ). I was there for treatment, to get a referral for behavioral health and the FMLA form! What kind of Medical professionals behave this way? Re-read your mission statement and STOP DOCTORS from stereotyping people! If whoever reads this review and new to area like me or need a Doctor I do not recommend this place! Where have the good Doctors gone? Oh yeah they retired!!

Will not go there again!!

Dr Quintyne became my Dr when I was 23 years I saw him until he left Physicians Associates and then looked for him and he was on Town Center Blvd I drove there for years and then he moved to Dr Phillips. He was my Dr until he left the practice there in 2014. I literally cried in the office because I had no idea he was leaving. I see he is now in Brevard co but that's too far of a drive. This man also so my husband for the same amount of time as well. He always would come in and say Richardson or (s) if it were both of us. He remembered our personal discussions how many kids we had, discussed his boys a lot and wife and was an awesome Dr. Whomever has him as a Dr now is blessed. It was great being African American and having an Island Dr (He is from Barbados) that cared about you no matter what color just you as a person and patient!

While he prescribed my controlled medication without any questions asked, if you have an appointment at, say, 12:00, expect to be seen by 1:00-1:30. His time management skills are abhorrent. My husband went in for a physical, waited for an hour, asked when he would be seen, and was then ridiculed by Dr. Quintyne for expecting to be seen close to on time. He doesn't listen for more than 5 minutes, talks about himself most of the time on irrelevant topics, and does not provide reliable information

Dr. Quintana is first class

Great Doctor! He is totally devoted to your health needs and concerns. He spends the necessary time with a patient and makes you understand all your health plan details. I never feel rushed or less valued than the next. I wish he didn't move from Orlando.

Dr. Q. always takes time with his patients to discuss whatever their concerns are no matter what. He's a doctor that follows up with his patients and his staff is phenomenal. They welcome you with kindness and at all always professional.

I went to Dr. Quintyne for a few years. He was very good during the majority of the time. He occasionally would forget what we had discussed on the previous visits, but for the most part was very good. He listened and gave me positive feedback. The last time I went to visit him, I had a disagreement with him when he laughed at me about my current feelings about a medical condition. We had an verbal disagreement, and I left his office. It was not at all pretty. I went to another health care provider and was treated with respect, and was treated for my illness which took me out of work for almost a year. His office staff is very cold. Chris is a block of ice! I initially really like Dr. Quintyne, but became very unhappy after his mistreatment of me on this occasion. The ease of getting an appointment is amazing here. You can always get right in.
