List of MIchael Kutryb's Reviews
I was seeing double vision which kept me from attending and playing in a sports event. Went to see this eye doctor who said I was having serious heart problem and sent me to the hospital which resulted in a pacemaker and saved my life.
If you think you will receive trust after being a patient for years forget it. The staff does not care who you are. They treat you like a new patient and act as if you are going to have fraudulent insurance cards no matter how long you have been seen by them. I served 40 years in the Navy and after that to think I served people like this makes me sick at my stomach. I will not come back until this doctor tells his staff to learn who they are serving.
Front desk is incompetent. They are NEVER on time. Made my wife wait until 3:15 when her appointment was at 2:30. Made excuses about employees being out with covid. If you're short handed you book less patients! Pretty easy to figure that out. Spoke to the office manager who just made excuses and said they "don't have time" to call patients to let them know they are running behind by 45 mins. They would rather you wait in their waiting room for 45mins because their time is more important than the patients time. Billing is a joke. They billed a routine eye exam to my health insurance instead of my eye insurance. I finally got a bill for the appointment 10 months later. Will NOT be going back again. And I WILL be calling Dr. Kutryb to discuss his horrible front desk and office manager.
The doctor explained stuff very well. Staff was very polite. This place is highly recommend
Not good. Did not like me asking questions and was never direct in response unless his associates agreed. Office policies we trying to dictate which eye was first and wanted me to follow up by another doctor.
only there for the money, has staff do all the work, very poor patient and social skills, would not recomend to worst enemy
Have been going to Dr Kutryb for several years. He is a perfectionist who is deeply concerned with his patients vision. Although he is efficient, he takes time to explain your eye problems and offer solutions. Highly skilled, he is the top choice for cataract surgery. While there might be a short wait, at times, it results from him taking time to explain things to each of his patients.
Went to the dr. about a growth on my eye which he removed with surgery but the growth came back. He thought it was cancer and another condition which both were incorrectly diagnosed according to another dr. that I had gone to who corrected the problem. Therefore I give this one star.
I love them, they all have been so nice. Dr has been very informative on what is going on. He even told me I've got freckles n my eyes. Lol having cataract surgery on the 3rd.
When I scheduled my appointment, I asked to be scheduled with Dr. Kutryb. One day before appointment, the office called to confirm appointment, but the time had been changed. I arrived at my appointment early. After waiting over an hour, I was called back. Needless to say, scheduling had changed the dr. so I had to see the optometrist instead of Dr. Kutryb. i was not happy, especially since I was not advised of this change. Evidently scheduling does not communicate with the doctors, so they will tell you things that aren’t necessarily true.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
