Love dr Medina love love love him .. but since they switch to health first it has been an utter nightmare Sara the office manager is wonderful but that Holly is rude and ignorant.. don't she realize she has is one of the faces of the office all I can do is smh Do Medina will be losing a lot more patients if they can't get it together cancelling appointments and not informing you, can't get them on the phone , don't return voicemails, say you can pick up a prescription a day ahead and you come the day after to make sure it's ready and it's not and so still sitting here 40 minutes later and still sitting here .. with no updates I had to go up and ask myself !!! Urgh seriously aggravated!!!

Worst doctors office ever I can't even get ahold of them on the phone all day I'v tried calling them and they don't respond to voicemails either don't go here save yourself the waiting around for nothing to be done

The doctor (Dr Medina) and Staff is a WONDERFUL staff. I ABSOLUTELY nothing bad to say about my doctor. He is one of the BEST doctors in this county. Keep up the great work Dr Medina and staff. I LOVE MY DOCTOR!!

I have been seeing Dr. Medina since he's opened up his practice, Dr. Medina himself is as wonderful a doctor as one could hope for. His staff however is an absolute nightmare to deal with, if you can even get ahold of anyone. There have been times where the office isnt open(doors are locked,but staff is there) when weve had a scheduled appointment, you will never recieve a call back unless you hound their office and even then its a toss up. My husband and I are both sad to leave Dr. Medina as we believe him to be a shining example of a medical professional, but between scheduling conflicts and the utter lack of communication from his staff we need to seek another primary care doctor.
